1. Scope
This Policy governs cancellations, renewals, and refunds. Specific product or proposal terms control when more specific.
2. Cancellation
The Customer must submit a formal cancellation through the client area or ticket system before renewal. Stopping use or canceling a payment method is not a formal cancellation.
3. Generally nonrefundable items
- Registered, renewed, transferred, or recovered domains.
- SSL certificates, licenses, IP addresses, panels, and activated third-party products.
- Technical hours, consulting, migration, or support already performed.
- Development, design, content, SEO, advertising, or automation work already performed.
- Consumed cloud resources, dedicated servers, or custom configurations.
- Services suspended for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content.
4. Recurring services
Renewal charges reserve service capacity for the new billing term and are not prorated for non-use unless required by law or agreed in writing.
5. Exceptional refunds
DFX may approve exceptional refunds after deducting nonrecoverable taxes, fees, third-party costs, consumed resources, and completed work.
6. Chargebacks
The Customer should contact DFX before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in suspension, recovery costs, and submission of account and usage evidence.
7. Data upon cancellation
The Customer must download and verify data before cancellation. Cancellation may permanently delete files, mail, databases, and backups.
8. Custom work
Deposits and milestone payments compensate capacity reservation, analysis, completed work, and third-party commitments.
