Mandatory rules protecting the legality, security, stability, and reputation of DFX services.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs lawful, secure, and responsible use of DFX hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email, DNS, VPN, streaming, applications, APIs, storage, and related resources.

2. General rule

Services must not harm DFX, its providers, infrastructure, reputation, other customers, or third parties.

The Customer must maintain lawful consent, accurate sender information, unsubscribe mechanisms, and clean mailing lists.

5. Security testing

Penetration tests, intensive scans, or offensive simulations require prior written authorization and a defined scope.

6. Shared-resource environments

DFX may limit processes, queries, scheduled jobs, connections, inodes, or traffic that degrade shared infrastructure.

7. Investigation and enforcement

DFX may inspect logs, isolate files, block ports or IP addresses, suspend services, and preserve technical evidence.

8. Third-party complaints

The Customer must timely respond to abuse reports and provide evidence of authority or ownership when requested.

9. Remediation costs

Investigation, cleanup, reinstatement, IP replacement, reputation recovery, or emergency assistance may be billed separately.
