1. Purpose
This page explains how to report phishing, malware, spam, vulnerabilities, fraud, copyright violations, impersonation, attacks, or illegal content associated with DFX services.
2. Official channel
Reports should be submitted through dfxcloudsolutions.com/submitticket.php or the official contact page, selecting an administration, security, or abuse department where available.
3. Required information
- Reporter name and contact information.
- Affected domain, URL, IP address, email, or service.
- Clear description of the incident.
- Date, time, and time zone.
- Full email headers for spam or phishing reports.
- Logs, screenshots, hashes, or available technical evidence.
- Good-faith statement and authority to submit the report.
4. Vulnerability disclosure
Researchers must act in good faith, avoid accessing unrelated data, persistence, denial of service, social engineering, and premature public disclosure. Testing must be limited to the minimum proof necessary.
5. Copyright and trademarks
A report should identify the protected work or right, the material location, the rights holder or representative, good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature where applicable.
6. Review
DFX may request more information, contact the Customer, preserve evidence, block content, or suspend services. Receipt does not guarantee automatic removal or constitute admission.
7. Privacy and disclosure
DFX may share a report with the affected Customer, providers, advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary.
8. False or abusive reports
Knowingly false, extortionate, automated, or malicious reports may be rejected and preserved as evidence.
9. Emergencies
Where there is immediate danger to persons or an active crime, the reporter should also contact the appropriate public authority.
